Can I use Cloutly on my phone?
Yes. Cloutly runs in your phone's browser and the whole dashboard is built to work on a small screen — sending requests, replying to reviews, checking how you are tracking.
Go to app.cloutly.com in Safari or Chrome and log in as normal.
Make it feel like an app
The trick worth five minutes of your time: put a shortcut on your home screen that opens the exact page you use most, not just the dashboard front door.
Plenty of customers do this with Quick Send — one tap from the home screen straight to sending a review request, without navigating anywhere. If you ask for reviews from behind the counter, that is the difference between doing it and meaning to.
iPhone
- Open app.cloutly.com in Safari and navigate to the page you want — Quick Send, your Inbox, whichever you use most
- Tap the Share button (the square with the arrow)
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen
- Give it a short name — "Send" or "Reviews" — and tap Add
It has to be Safari for this; Chrome on iPhone does not offer it.
Android
- Open app.cloutly.com in Chrome and navigate to the page you want
- Tap the ⋮ menu
- Tap Add to Home screen
Worth adding more than one
Nothing stops you doing this twice. A "Send" shortcut for asking, and an "Inbox" shortcut for replying, covers most of what a busy owner does on their phone — and each opens on the page you actually wanted rather than making you navigate there first.
