How do I edit my business page — address, hours or details?
If you have found a public Cloutly page for your business and want to correct the address, opening hours or other details, you can — you just need to claim it first.
Where the page came from
If someone at your business used our free review-link or QR-code generator, Cloutly created a small public page for you at the same time. It shows your business details, pulls in your Google reviews, and collects any reviews left through that QR code.
It is a real page and Google indexes it, which is usually how people discover it exists. Nothing was published that is not already public — but the details on it are only as current as the day the code was generated, which is why hours and addresses drift out of date.
How to take control of it and edit it
The page is linked to the email address that was used to download the QR code. To claim it:
- Go to app.cloutly.com/sign-up
- Sign up using the same email address that was used to download the review link or QR code — this is the step that connects the page to you
- Once you are in, edit your business details from the dashboard and the page updates
A free trial is enough to do this; you do not need to be on a paid plan to correct your own details.
If you do not know which email was used — or the person who set it up has left — message us through the chat on this page with the address of the page and we will help you sort it out.
While you are in there
The page exists because someone wanted a quick way to ask customers for reviews, and that part still works. Your review link and QR code are under Links & QR, and every location gets its own. See QR codes and review links.
