Can I import my existing reviews?
Yes. If you are coming from another review platform, send us a CSV of your existing reviews and we will convert them into Cloutly reviews so your history comes with you.
What we need in the file
One row per review, with:
- First name
- Last name — optional
- Rating — out of five
- Date — when the review was left
- Review text
Column order does not matter and neither do the exact headers, as long as it is clear which column is which. If your export has extra columns, leave them in rather than spending time stripping them out.

Message us through the chat on this page and attach the file. We will come back to you if anything needs clarifying, and confirm once the reviews are in.
What imported reviews do and do not do
Imported reviews behave like Cloutly reviews: they appear in your Inbox, count toward your dashboards and insights, and can be displayed in your review widgets.
What they cannot do is appear on Google, Facebook or any other review site. A review lives on the platform it was written on, so importing a review into Cloutly does not publish it anywhere else — nothing can, and any tool claiming otherwise is not doing what it says.
If your existing reviews are already on Google or another connected site, you do not need to import them at all. Connect the site and Cloutly will pull them in on its own.
