Can I use one QR code across multiple locations?
Short answer: use one QR code per location. They already exist, so there is nothing to set up.
A single code that somehow assigns each review to the right Google profile afterwards is not possible — and it is worth understanding why, because the reason rules out every workaround.
Why a review cannot be reassigned
When someone writes a Google review, they write it on a specific Google listing. The review belongs to that listing from the moment it is posted. Nothing can move it to a different one afterwards — not Cloutly, not any other tool, not Google themselves.
So the decision about which location a review lands on happens before the customer writes anything, at the moment they open a link. Which means the only way to get it right is to know which location they visited — and the simplest way to know that is which sticker they scanned.
What to do instead
Each of your locations already has its own review page and its own QR code, live from the day the location was added. Each one leads to that location's Google listing.
- Go to Links & QR in the sidebar
- Select a location — the card at the top is its review page
- Use QR code (PNG) for your own designs, or Print poster (PDF) for something ready to put on a counter
- Repeat for each location
Three locations means three codes, each staying at its own site. Print them once and the problem is solved permanently.
The upside you get from separate codes
This is genuinely better than one code, not just the available option.
Every scan is tracked per location, so you can see which sites are actually collecting reviews and which have a poster nobody is scanning. With a single shared code that is invisible — you would know reviews were arriving but not from where, and you would lose the ability to tell a strong location from a quiet one.
You can also point each location at a different review site if that suits — one at Google, another wherever matters most for that site.
