Connect your Apple App Store reviews
Apple App Store reviews connect the same way as almost every other review site in Cloutly: you paste a link, and reviews start flowing in.
How to connect it
- In Cloutly, go to Integrations
- Find Apple App Store in the list of review sites
- Paste the public App Store URL for your app — the same link a customer would open to download it
- Save
That is the whole setup. From there your App Store reviews appear in your Inbox alongside every other source, and they count toward your dashboards, insights and review widgets.

What changed
Cloutly used to ask you to invite a Cloutly user into your App Store Connect account, with extra steps if you had two-factor authentication switched on. That is retired — you no longer need to do it, and you can remove the invited user from App Store Connect if it is still there.
Cloutly reads your App Store reviews so you can see them, track them and report on them in one place with everything else.

Google Play works the same way — add Google Play Store on the Integrations page and paste your app's public Play Store URL.
