Which countries can I send SMS review requests to?
Cloutly sends SMS review requests to:
- Australia
- New Zealand
- United States
- United Kingdom
These are the four regions with published SMS credit pricing, and the ones we know deliver reliably. Credit cost varies by region — see SMS credits and pricing, since a message to a UK number costs several times one to a US number.
If your customers are somewhere else
Ask us before you buy credits. Message us through the chat on this page with the country and we will tell you whether we can reach it.
We would rather answer that question than have you buy a credit pack for a country where the messages do not arrive. Mobile carriers differ a lot country to country in what they accept from business senders, so this is genuinely worth a one-line check first.
Email works everywhere
If SMS is not available for your customers, email review requests are not region-limited. SMS tends to get better response rates, but a review request that arrives by email beats one that does not arrive at all.
