White label Cloutly for agencies and resellers

Updated by Cloutly

Agencies and resellers can sell Cloutly as their own review management product. Your clients see your logo, your colours and your own domain on every screen, and you run every client account from one partner portal.

The full overview is on the white label page. To talk it through with us, book a call.

What it costs

White label starts at US$299 a month. Above that, the tier follows how many client locations you run, and we set it with you.

You get one invoice from us each month, priced on the client locations you run. A new client's locations are not billed to you for their first 14 days, so a client you are still onboarding costs you nothing.

What you charge your clients is up to you. Most partners fold it into a monthly retainer or sell it as its own service tier. Your clients never see a Cloutly bill: their billing screen sends them to you.

How it works

  1. Your domain and brand go on first. You point one CNAME at us and we manage the certificate. Your name, colour, font, logo and icon go in under Settings in the portal, and every screen after that is yours.
  2. You create the client accounts. Each one gets a name, email, company, a location allowance and an SMS allowance. Send the claim email and the client sets their own password on your domain.
  3. The campaigns run in each account. The client's own booking or POS system sends the review request on the timing they choose. Reviews land in their inbox, and a reply is drafted in one click for someone to read and send.
  4. You bill it as your own. Mark it up, fold it into a retainer or make it a service tier. Your invoice, your terms.

Common questions

Will my clients know they are using Cloutly?

They see you. Your logo, colours, font, favicon and domain are on every screen a client reaches, from the login page to the review pages their own customers land on. Review widgets carry a "Powered by" footer with your agency's name, and you can hide it. Text messages go out under the client's own business name.

Do I need a developer?

No. One CNAME points your hostname at us, and everything else you set yourself in the portal under Settings.

Can my clients send text messages?

Yes, with nothing for you to set up. Cloutly has shared local sending numbers in the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia. You buy credit packs for any client from the portal. A pack never expires and is used after that client's monthly allowance.

Can Cloutly handle clients with several locations?

Yes. You give each client account a location allowance, and the client runs every site under one login, with one inbox across all of them.
